As part of the founding family behind Dovehaven Care Homes, Miles – alongside his brother Luke and father Mark – helped steer the group’s expansion into a nine-figure business, making it one of the UK’s most respected care providers.
With extensive experience in the care industry, Miles is known for his grounded approach, commercial foresight, and ability to balance ambition with stability. His expertise spans business forecasting, project evaluation, and leadership through all stages of growth.
Beyond the boardroom, Miles is passionate about life’s finer experiences – from family holidays and exploring cities around the world, to golf, padel, dining, and the occasional fine Cuban cigar.
