Finlay Rushman is a motivated and fast-rising member of the Vorto team, bringing enthusiasm, adaptability, and a naturally global outlook to his role as Onboarding Manager.
Having lived and studied in Portugal his entire life, Finlay is fluent in both English and Portuguese, giving him a unique ability to connect with clients and partners across cultures. Since joining Vorto in 2023, he has quickly become known for his professionalism, curiosity, and eagerness to learn – qualities that make him a valuable addition to the team and a key part of Vorto’s next generation of talent.
Outside of work, Finlay loves spending time with family and friends, travelling, and exploring new places – with hopes of one day seeing the world in full. A lifelong sports fan, his greatest passion is football, both as a player and supporter, where his competitive spirit and team mindset truly shine.
